Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund for Pay on Delivery (COD) Orders :

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your order account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

In Case of Shortage of product due to any reasons beyond the control of Full refund will be made to the customer.

If the standard time frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank/Payment Gateway like a Razorpay,Cashfree,... for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.
